Jessie Reyez is just amazing in her ability to express emotion in the way she chooses to sing. Everything from the vocal choices that she makes to the way she moves her face and body in the performance pushes out the emotion of the song.
This performance was from the 2018 JUNO awards. It reminded me of why I still love music awards shows like the VMA's or Billboard Music Awards. It is all about the performances. You never know what magic will happen. Sometimes it is an great pairing of artists that would not happen any other way or it is just a great live performance.
And this was a great one from Jessie Reyes and Daniel Caesar. Performances like this make me excited to keep seeing what else she does.
This song is good for questioning why you are not moving if the relationship is broken.
