I've been a fan of Dorothy for quite a while now. I am as impressed by their current album, Gifts from the Holy Ghost, as I was from their first album, ROCKISDEAD. I've had a theory for a while that the first album is he best of what a person/group has to offer after years of thought, reflection, and effort. The second album could have new stuff but is probably very influenced what was not used in the first album. But the third and beyond, those albums are the work of a dedicated craftsperson. If those albums are successful, now you have a star.
This is where we find Dorothy, releasing their third successful album. I see a band who is ready to take their place in our musical sky.
